This document explains the terms in which The Collection (owned by Cinco Um Zero, registered at Rua João Saraiva, nº 7, 1700-248, Lisbon and registered at the Commercial Registry office of Lisbon, under the unique number of legal person and registration 515 193 003) collects, uses and processes data and information regarding its customers. The rules for the collection, usage and processing of data and information are in accordance with national legislation and the Applicable Personal Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016.

The information the customer provides is only used to send periodic information about news, offers and promotions. The submission of said information is subject to the express approval of the Client. The latter can unsubscribe from this service whenever desired.

The Collection is against spam practices (unsolicited emails) and does not comply with this type of behavior.
