Shipping

Each brand will be responsible for shipping its products. If you buy several products from different brands within The Collection you will receive different orders. When the order is shipped, you will receive an email with more information about it.

The shipping process by brands or The Collection may slightly vary in timings, depending on the carrier and sometimes the time of preparation of the order. Informações mais concretas relativas aos envios poderão ser encontradas junto a cada produto.

Confirmation or Cancellation

After making your purchase, the Customer will receive an automatic email confirming the transaction that should be saved for future reference.

Your order will only be processed after payment confirmation. In case of non-payment or non-payment or non-confirmation of these General Conditions, The Collection reserves the right not to accept the customer’s order, or to cancel it, even after automatic confirmation of the same.

The Collection reserves the right not to confirm and/or deliver the products of the order made by the Customer, regardless of the reason and exempt from liability for any damages or costs, if:

– if, for some reason, it is impossible to charge and receive the payment;

– if the order has any issues regarding essential data for the delivery of the order;

– if the order is flagged by the website’s security systems as an incorrect, irregular and/or considered fraud order.

In any of the cases mentioned, The Collection will inform the Customer by e-mail about such situation of impossibility of confirmation of the sale and about the consequent cancellation of the order, returning the amount paid for the items.

Delivery Times

Items will be delivered within an average of 3 to 7 days after the order has been formalized (deadline applicable for Mainland Portugal and some EU countries). However, it is recommended to consult this more brand-specific information in each of the product information.

For products that are made only on demand, production times may be longer which will consequently impact delivery timings.

In the event of a delay regarding the initial forecast due to unforeseen reasons, The Collection will inform the Client and make the best efforts to resolve the situation quickly.

Exchanges and Returns

We believe in the quality of the products that are part of The Collection and we want the Customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase.

However, if for any reason you change your mind or the product is not exactly what you expected, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date you received the order (except for duly flagged exceptions, such as food products,which cannot be returned).

We strictly follow each brand’s policy, so we recommend that you consult this specific information present in the product information before making the purchase.

Although you are entitled to a full refund for the purchased product, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging the product.

Damaged products

When you receive your order, we recommend that you check that it is in perfect conditions or if it has suffered any sort of damage during shipping and flag it within 5 days of delivery. We will refund or replace the product in the event of any damages. The original packaging must be kept in order for the exchange or return to be possible. We will only accept returns of items that show no trace of use/ alteration, in perfect original conditions and accompanied by all the accessories that constitute them. It is up to the Customer to properly package the items to be returned.
