1.5 Product Information

The Collection obtains all the information regarding the main characteristics of products through technical descriptions shared by their suppliers, and photographs illustrating the products marketed.

Although the images of the products try to be as reliable as possible, they are merely illustrative, so the Customer should consider the chance that there are differences in color, appearances of shape, which may also be due to the monitor and web browser used by the user. We recommend that the Customer carefully and thoroughly verifies the product and its characteristics, in order to be certain of these at the time of purchase.

1.6 Price Information

The retail prices indicated in the on-line store are presented in euros (€), and are subject to the taxation of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the legal rate in force; a value that will always be included in the prices.

The costs of the shipping service are at the expense of the User/Buyer, and in addition to the total value of the selected products. The Customer will be informed of these charges before confirming the order and completing the purchase process.

The Collection reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, it obliges to apply the rates and prices indicated at the time of placing the purchase order.

In the event of a manual, technical or any other error causing a substantial change not provided for by The Collection in the retail price, the purchase order will be considered invalid and void.

The Collection may make any other changes to the website, materials and products or services described on the website at any time without notice.
